Dive Guide / Divemaster (SSI)

Do you dream of guiding certified divers underwater, or do you want to take the first step towards becoming a diving instructor? Maybe you just want to improve your diving skills. Whatever the reason, becoming an SSI Dive Guide is an exciting adventure. Take the first step toward earning your Divemaster rating and learn how to organize and lead certified divers.

Duration:
5 days (e-learning + dives)

Prerequisites:

- Open Water Diver
- Stress and Rescue Specialty; Underwater Navigation; Nitrox; Night Diving; React Right/first aid certified; Deep Dive
- At least 40 recorded dives of which have at least 5 recorded dives in each of the following specialties: deep diving; underwater and night navigation.
- Minimum age: 15 years old (18 years old to be a Professional DiveGuide)

Requirements for Recognition as a Divemaster:

- Dive Guide Course
- 18 years old
- At least 60 registered dives
- Science of Diving Specialty
